After receiving roses, people would put them into a vase, the vessel which was designed to hold flowers. We are looking at vase way more than stem for sure. And we say that we love roses, just like loving the person who we are sending them to, and we say that we love every part of that person. This piece of my work unveils the "not as pretty part" of a rose, showing the natural form once the rose dies. Do you still love me now?
