Providing Professional Development focused on Career Advancement in Collaboration with the Complement Consulting Group

• Sponsoring intensive and comprehensive professional development programming and retreats for teachers and university professors to discuss how to best advance their careers by exploring the connections between theory, research, and practice.
   

• Proposed professional development topics to be addressed at future Forum 301 sessions: international exchanges with schools, artists, and scholars offered over Zoom; Social-psychological/emotional programming in the form of case studies, as well as group and individual student supports; Innovative family programming focused on parents as partners with teachers and schools; Innovative forms of after-school programming, e.g. expeditions and urban and suburban exchanges; Innovative inquiry-based instruction focused on the construction of knowledge employing the arts, music, dance, and theater; internships and apprenticeships with local corporations; intergenerational teaching and learning; Creative writing; and Exploring the most appropriate ways for artificial intelligence to enhance teaching and learning.
